£24085.69 - £24,404.00 Pro rata

Governors invite applications from a dedicated and enthusiastic teaching assistant (qualified to level 2) to support the learning of SEND child (ren) , within the academy.
 
The Governors are seeking someone who:- 
 

  • Will work in our Windmill Send provision.
  • Be an outstanding, committed practitioner with high expectations for all children
  • Be proficient in supporting the delivery of all aspects of teaching and learning in EYFS
  • Be an effective communicator and keen to work in collaboration with colleagues
  • Be able to use initiative and work independently
  • Evidence the ability to organise the classroom/learning area for the child (ren) to create a stimulating environment.
  • Be patient, compassionate and have an ability to build rapport with children, creating a safe learning environment.
  • Be prepared to undertake lunchtime duty
